A western and cop-movie inspired, self aware parody turned fanboy creation Hot Fuzz is sandwiched between two other well known and loved cult favourite films directed by Edgar Wright. It has something for everyone to enjoy. Do you want action? Humour? Mystery? Friendship? Hot Fuzz is a great film for an entertainment-seeking audience and can still be thoroughly enjoyed by a cinema buff/critic. Hot Fuzz is about a police officer; Nicholas Angel (Simon Pegg) that is too good at his job and gets shuffled off to a small town. He makes friends with fellow officer Danny Butterman (Nick Frost) and slowly unravels the town’s secrets.

I’m fascinated by how much or how little someone knows about relevant world issues and history. Today I was sitting in 338 and a girl at the next table asked my friend about World War II, she didn’t know who Hitler was, or what a nazi was.
